I have been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and practicing Yoga for over 25 years.

I run weekly classes in and around Keswick, Cumbria as well as Workshops & Retreats at home here in the UK & abroad.

​

As well as teaching Yoga , i am a qualified Therapist specialising in Remedial and Relaxing Massage, Homeopathy, Reiki & Reflexology.

When not teaching  you can find me climbing up rocks & wandering around the hills with my faithful familiar - Nedly
